1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item has missing parts

  • The item contains incorrect parts

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • All parts must be returned in the original, undamaged bag

  • The bag must be not torn, opened, or damaged (NT)

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items with damaged, opened, or tampered packaging


3. Return Request Process

If you believe your item qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email us at info@247-builds.com

  3. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue (missing or incorrect parts)

    • Photos showing the bag is unopened and undamaged (NT)

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.


4. Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • We may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved:

  • We will provide further instructions on how to proceed

  • Return shipping costs may be covered or determined on a case-by-case basis
